Do you need to seriously improve your playing skills? But you’re not sure what to do? Fortunately, you don’t need to look for special exercises to do this. Like all great players, in order to develop this technology, the best practice methods should be simply used. In this way, your playing quality will soar rapidly.  

The following are the biggest reasons for failing to improve playing skills and how to make progress in this field.

Cause 1: Legato technical problems are unknown.

Most guitarists don’t use the problem-solving mentality when they try to solve problems in playing. Instead, they do one of two things:

1. They misunderstood the cause of the performance competition and embarked on the wrong path. When they used their skills to solve problems, the work became more difficult

And/or:

2. They believe that if they learn to lick randomly, they can solve the problem of playing

Instead of developing linking skills through additional practice, isolate the problem, observe all the movements of the fingers, and determine the main cause of the problem. This will show exactly what you should do in your playing skills and make your playing skills(and all licks afterwards) sound better. Reason 2: Every time you use Legato technology, the notes play too slowly.

If you want to make your playing skills more clear and fluent, you must know how to express notes with faster movements. Note: This is” Is different from. Play notes with higher bpm;. You can quickly move each hammer playing and play longer notes when you open or drag it. In this way, each note will not be too tense, but will become clear with great power(it can be played quickly and easily).

To better understand this concept, consider making loud sounds with your fingers. To improve the sharpness and loudness of jumping, fingers must jump quickly(not only with greater strength). If you want to play with more power, your fingers will slow down and the sound will not sound like what you want. The same applies to your guitar playing. Reason 3: When you do Legato, your hands are full of tension

A guitar player who counts notes uses more energy than it takes to play. This actually makes fast and accurate playing impossible. Through this simple process, find the proper tension to solve this problem and play the guitar.

1. Start by playing the music with normal tension.

2. Use less and less tension. Until you use too little tension to keep licking notes.

3. Add a little tension to your performance.(I can only barely make notes, and there are no more.)
