1. Andreasov inherited the tradition of Armenian folk music and classical music(Soghomon Gevorki Soghomonian(Komitas Vardapet) and the tradition of Western European and Russian classical composers. First, Ludwig van Beethoven, Nikolay Ilinskikorsakov, Alexander Borodin(Russian Orientalism tradition), Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky. The string quartet is full of the melodic tones and rhythms of Armenian(Cross Caucasian) folk songs and dances.

The connection with folk tradition is reflected through the diversity of modes(especially the mode of increasing the second distance). In decoration; the rhythm is irregular. UAV, as well as the re creation of the timbre of Armenian national instruments. The fine treatment of folk materials links Iosif Andriasov with S. Soghomonian. His insistence on expressive, sharp harmonic language and plagal function makes him related to Tchaikovsky(especially Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.6). The obvious structure of the string quartet shows how Osif Andreasov grasped the tradition of empty classical music. And I heard some jazz music when he used harmony. However, Iosiv Andre Asov’s personal voice is embodied through the unique combination of tenderness and bravery, which is his unique feature. He was loyal and sympathetic to the people, and at the same time objectively treated the external situation; his serious but uncontrollable happiness, as well as his strong temperament.

The string quartet consists of three movements.

In his string quartet, Osif Andreasov applied a principle; unify the movement of the recall cycle. As we all know, classical, romantic and modern music has rich traditions in this respect. Alexander Mikhailov, a Soviet musicologist, believed that L. v. Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony was the first example of memory. There are other works related to the symphonies of Robert Schumann, John Brahms, Anton Bruckner, Zhang Xibelius and Alexander Grajunov; sergei Tanev’s piano quartet; serenade for Strings; author: P.I. Thaikovsky; string, percussion, Celeste” Bela Bartok, Igor Stravinsky’s Symphony C, Nikolai Myaskovsky, Sergei Prokofiev, A. Kachaturian and other works.

Osif Andreasov’s String Quartet is characterized by exquisite handling of folk materials, deep understanding of string instruments(I. Andreasov is a violinist), rich melody, expressive harmony, balanced form, balance of thinking and dance segments, and bright and transparent patterns.
